Just as no two people are the same, no two treatments are the same.
What to expect from your treatment
On your first visit to our clinic, your practitioner will listen to your concerns and tailor-make a treatment to suit your needs. Depending on what treatment is necessary, your appointment will usually last between 30 – 45 minutes. The first treatment is usually longer as we perform a full assessment of your feet to check their general health and then treat accordingly.
At your appointment, you will be asked about your general health so please remember to bring details of any medication that you take on a regular basis. Treatments are usually pain-free and are often extremely relaxing!
Who is foot health treatment suitable for?
At Dunstable Foot Health we don’t have a typical patient. Ages range from 8 to 80+. Patients may visit because something hurts, for example, a corn. Others visit us because they can no longer reach or see their feet properly and so need a little help with general foot care.
Some simply come to us because they enjoy the relaxation that a foot health treatment provides.
We also stock a selection of foot care products to purchase, all of which will complement your treatment.
Full Treatment
New patients £37. The consultation includes a general foot health assessment, recording of medical history and any relevant treatment. Expect your first treatment to last between 30 – 60 minutes.
£35 ( £33 concession for over 65’s )
A full treatment includes a foot soak, a bespoke combination of any smaller treatments as listed below and application of foot cream.
Just Nails
From £25
With this treatment, Nails are trimmed, filed and / or reduced in thickness.
Corn Removal
From £25
We can remove painful corns easily and quickly and provide advice on how to prevent reoccurrence.
Hard Skin Removal
From £25
Hard skin is removed quickly and painlessly, smoothed off and cream applied.
Verruca Treatment
From £25
After making the correct diagnosis we can treat your verruca in a number of ways either by applying topical treatments or with cryotherapy (freezing). Your practitioner will discuss preferred treatment options with you depending on preference and lifestyle.
Nail Reconstruction
From £35
Broken, missing and fungal nails can all be reconstructed with our special gel, which is then cured under a UV light.
Cryotherapy
From £28
This is a freezing treatment used to effectively treat verrucae and is suitable for most patients.
Fingernail Trim and File
Standalone treatment £15 or £7 as an add on treatment to your foot health treatment.
We can trim and file your fingernails either as a single treatment or add it on to another treatment.
Lacuna Method
From £35
The Lacuna method procedure involves drilling tiny holes into the nail which then allow anti fungal treatments to reach the skin on the nail bed and attack the fungal infection. Not all nails are suitable for this treatment so an initial consultation is required to assess suitability.
